About The Position
The Plumbing BIM Manager will be located in San Diego, California. The role requires commercial plumbing experience, BIM experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Navis, and Revit, and management experience. Formal Navis and Revit training and experience using those tools in the construction industry would be ideal. The candidate should also be able to read blueprints, specification books, project manuals, and shop drawings, and be knowledgeable about managing software updates.
Requirements
- 10 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- 5 years of BIM experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Navis, and Revit.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Knowledge of managing software updates.
Nice To Haves
- Formal training in Navis and Revit.
- Experience using Navis and Revit in the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints, specification books, project manuals, and shop drawings.
