About The Position

Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join its home services team in the Pacific Northwest. The role offers opportunities for skill development, career advancement, and training. The apprentice works under the direction of Journeyman Plumbers and supports installation, repair, and maintenance work while following applicable plumbing codes and regulations. The position also involves communicating with internal teams, completing paperwork accurately, and interacting professionally with customers.

Requirements

• Have an active Plumbing Trainee Certificate and an affidavit documenting 3,000 or more hours logged.
• Be familiar with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Be physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• Be hungry, humble, and smart, and be a good culture fit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher, manager, parts team, and installation teams.
• Ensure installations, repairs, and maintenance comply with code requirements.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Participate in training opportunities for ongoing professional growth and development.
• Take direction from Journeyman Plumbers and accommodate team needs.
• Complete work at the expected pace and without errors.
