About The Position
Augusta Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning is looking for a full-time Plumbing Apprentice in St. Cloud, MN. This role offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a career. The apprentice will work alongside an experienced Plumbing Technician, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills needed to become a successful plumbing professional. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using basic hand tools.
- Ability to read a measuring tape.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, crawl, and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with plumbing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learning how to diagnose and address plumbing issues.
- Following company service protocols and operating systems.
- Developing the skills needed to advance into a Plumbing Technician role.
- Cross-training with our HVAC team as needed.
- Maintaining a professional, safe, and organized work environment.
