About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who is eager to learn the trade, assist with troubleshooting and resolving residential plumbing issues, and support high-quality installations and repairs. The Plumbing Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience as a plumbing apprentice or helper
  • Enrollment in or completion of an approved plumbing apprenticeship program (Apprentice Sponsorships Available!)
  • Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
  • Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
  • Comfortable working in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed plumbers with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues
  • Support installations and replacements of plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, and piping
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance under supervision
  • Help inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and other issues
  • Learn proper troubleshooting techniques and safe work practices
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and working condition
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and local plumbing codes
  • Provide professional and courteous service to homeowners
  • Accurately document work performed and materials used
  • Participate in training and on-the-job learning to develop plumbing skills
