About The Position

This is a full-time paid apprenticeship with a home services company that provides an in-house, fully accredited Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. The apprentice receives a paycheck, benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid classroom instruction, hands-on training, and real-world lab and field experience while working toward Journeyman Plumbing Certification. Pay increases as the apprentice progresses through each program level. No prior plumbing experience is required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to become a full-time employee.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• No prior plumbing experience required.
• Interest in building a long-term career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Learn plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards.
• Assist licensed plumbers on residential and commercial jobs.
• Participate in classroom training and hands-on lab work.
• Gain real-world experience working in the field.
• Work toward earning Journeyman Plumbing Certification.
