This is a permanent, unionized position for a Plumber (Code MU26-01) in Nunavik. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various piping systems, including those for wastewater, industrial buildings, glycol systems, petroleum piping, emergency showers, air compressors, and fire suppression systems. The plumber will also be responsible for bending, cutting, reaming, and threading pipes, as well as reading and interpreting plans, and adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. The work schedule is demanding, with 11-hour days on a rotation of 3 weeks worked followed by 3 weeks off, totaling 77 hours per week during the work periods.
