About The Position

Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is expanding into Midland/Odessa and seeks a Repair Plumber to provide residential and commercial plumbing repairs and service. This is an opportunity to help establish the company’s first plumbing team in the market and serve existing customers. The plumber works independently, using a company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment to deliver high-quality service to homes and businesses. The position offers $26–$35 per hour, with bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives. Requirements

Hold a current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman License.
Have experience in residential and commercial plumbing repairs.
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
Have strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Be self-motivated and ready to help build a plumbing division in Midland/Odessa.
Have good customer service and communication skills.
Be able to work independently.
Have a strong work ethic and willingness to hustle.

Responsibilities

Run residential and commercial plumbing service calls.
Diagnose and repair plumbing problems.
Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, water quality products, and water softeners.
Handle commercial plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
Provide estimates and options to customers.
Complete job documentation using mobile software.
Maintain and organize the company vehicle and tools.
Keep job sites clean and safe.
Communicate clearly with customers and the office.
Work independently and manage the workday effectively.
Help the team complete work.
