About The Position
Leaky's is expanding its plumbing and HVAC operations into Midland/Odessa and is hiring plumbers for residential and commercial repair and service. The role offers competitive compensation, bonuses and performance incentives, steady work with an existing customer base, and support from the established Lubbock and San Antonio teams. Plumbers may have opportunities to grow into leadership as the operation expands. The position involves working independently, taking ownership of jobs, and helping build the Midland/Odessa operation.
Requirements
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license.
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Take pride in work and do things right.
- Self-starter who does not need constant supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, and water softeners.
- Provide customers with repair options and estimates.
- Complete job notes using mobile software.
- Keep the company vehicle and equipment organized.
- Deliver great customer service.
- Work independently and take ownership of jobs.
- Help build and grow the Midland/Odessa operation.
