Plumber Service Technician
About The Position
24-hour residential and commercial plumbing service and repair company looking for our next plumbing superstars! We are looking to hire highly motivated plumbers and drain cleaners who want to be a part of a team. This is not your typical old-school plumbing shop- we are a fast-paced and one-of-a-kind operation. We work together to make our customers happy and get the calls run- so we can go home to our families! We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Technician. Must be experienced in repairs on piping systems, snaking/jetting drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all of our Plumbers to be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly.
Requirements
- Licensed Tradesman or nearing enough hours to test. We are flexible for the right person.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot service issues.

- Must possess own basic tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done right.
- Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family.
- Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.
- Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
- Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair including; leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning and drain line replacement.
- Be willing to share expertise with other team members, especially apprentices.
