About The Position
Heichel Plumbing Inc. Heichel Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company seeking to hire an experienced Plumber Service Foreman to lead our residential/light commercial service team. We have proudly serviced the Central Florida area for over 30 years and have built our reputation on quality work, reliability, and trust. This is a leadership, hands-on role. The Service Foreman must be able to manage crews in the field, handle service calls, and ensure all work is completed to company standards. Requirements
- 5+ years of plumbing service and repair experience (required)
- Foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing
- Experience with re-pipes and change-outs (5+ years preferred)
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, installation, repairs, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Nice To Haves
- Foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with re-pipes and change-outs (5+ years preferred)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead plumbing service technicians in the field
- Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls and job assignments
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Train and mentor helpers and service plumbers
- Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors
- Review completed work for accuracy and quality
