We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber / Foreman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with commercial construction experience who can lead crews, maintain project schedules, and ensure high-quality plumbing installations.

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong focus on new construction projects
  • Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple trades on active construction sites
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial new construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements
  • Lead and coordinate plumbing crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
  • Install and connect pipes, fittings, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues encountered during construction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and company leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
