We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber / Foreman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with commercial construction experience who can lead crews, maintain project schedules, and ensure high-quality plumbing installations.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong focus on new construction projects
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple trades on active construction sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial new construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements
- Lead and coordinate plumbing crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Install and connect pipes, fittings, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues encountered during construction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and company leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
