Requirements

  • Valid WA State Plumbing License (PL01 or PL02)
  • Gas Mechanic 1 Endorsement
  • Proven experience with water heaters and treatment systems
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and water filtration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
  • Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
  • Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Nate Certification
  • Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
  • Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
  • Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Service Titan
  • Procore knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Install and replace tank and tankless water heaters
  • Set up water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO units)
  • Conduct pre-install inspections to ensure proper system fit and code compliance
  • Connect plumbing, electrical, and gas components as needed
  • Test system performance and educate customers on operation
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and properly functioning tools
  • Follow all codes, safety standards, and company protocols
