Requirements
- Proven experience in residential plumbing installation.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local plumbing codes.
- Ability to lead installation projects independently and mentor junior team members.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Texas plumbing license Tradesman or Journeyman active with TSPBE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform residential plumbing installations, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance.
- Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water and drain lines, and other residential plumbing systems.
- Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to installation helpers and apprentices.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and identify effective solutions.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation processes and project updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and applicable plumbing codes.
