We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to join our growing team. This position assists licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. - High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the plumbing trade.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be English/Spanish Bilingual
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience.
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Help install water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems.
- Cut, measure, assemble, and prepare pipe and plumbing materials.
- Clean and organize work areas before, during, and after each job.
- Load and unload company vehicles while ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues under the direction of a licensed plumber.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers while representing the company.
- Complete basic job documentation and assist with updating work orders using Service Titan or similar software.
- Participate in training and continue developing plumbing knowledge and skills.
