The Plumber Foreman will lead all aspects of pipe and tubing measurement, cutting, bending, and installation, ensuring precision and compliance with building codes and specifications. Responsibilities include copper brazing, soldering, threading, and assembling PVC/CPVC/Steel pipes, as well as overseeing the installation of valves, supports, flanges, and other key components in piping systems. The Foreman will also be responsible for identifying and repairing leaks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of plumbing systems. In addition to hands-on responsibilities, the Plumber Foreman will train and mentor apprentices, guiding them in proper techniques and safety protocols. The role involves coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining high-quality workmanship are critical aspects of this position. To be successful you should have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, a valid journeyman’s license, and comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, backflow devices, and blueprint interpretation. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards are essential for this role.
