About The Position

We are accepting applications from experienced customer-service professionals who can support major nonprofit fundraising campaigns as independent Donation Processors or Pledge Drive Specialists. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who can manage their own schedules, follow a proven system, maintain accuracy, and consistently meet professional performance standards. Every donor interaction is strictly inbound. Donors initiate the calls voluntarily in response to active nonprofit campaigns. Your role begins when the donor calls to make a donation or pledge.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities
• The ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously
• Dependability and strong personal accountability
• The ability to work independently
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
• Windows 11 desktop or laptop
• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
• Noise-canceling USB headset
• Reliable wired high-speed internet
• Direct Ethernet connection

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally
• Follow approved scripts without unnecessary deviation
• Accurately record donation and pledge information
• Confirm names, contact details, and transaction information
• Move confidently between required computer systems

• Arrive on time for every accepted servicing interval
