About The Position
We are seeking professional and compassionate individuals to answer inbound donor calls and accurately process donations and pledges for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for individuals who communicate clearly, follow procedures carefully, and understand the importance of treating every donor with professionalism and respect.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Accurate typing and data-entry abilities
- The ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously
- Dependability and strong personal accountability
- The ability to work independently
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- Windows 11 desktop or laptop
- Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
- Noise-canceling USB headset
- Reliable wired high-speed internet
- Direct Ethernet connection
