About The Position
The Packing Line Equipment (PLE) Operator is responsible for operating various pieces of equipment on the packing line, ensuring that standards and specifications are met. This role requires a health-conscious individual with values that align with the organization, a passion for organization, and an enjoyment of troubleshooting and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse personalities.
Requirements
- Basic math skills including weight calculations, averages, and percentages
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to operate forklifts/ pallet jack
- Operate all hand jacks and Forklifts
- Mechanically aptitude
- Forklift operators Certificate
