About The Position

The Player's Club Representative is responsible for signing up players for the Player Loyalty Club, Club One, educating guests on casino promotions and events, and creating a positive environment for players by providing excellent customer service. This role requires supporting and promoting Company Service Standards, communicating professionally with guests, and answering guest questions knowledgeably. The representative must be able to work independently, be proficient in player tracking systems, and evaluate guests for participation in casino floor promotions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly, and capable of handling various customer situations with a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• 1 to 6 months of related experience.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintaining effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• Some retail or guest service experience preferred.
