About The Position

The Players Club Representative serves as the primary point of contact for Players Club members and gift shop guests, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting player loyalty and supporting retail operations. This role is responsible for enrolling new members into the Connections Club Card program, creating accounts, scanning identification, taking photos, printing and reprinting membership cards, and educating guests on club benefits, promotions, rewards, and card usage. Representatives actively engage guests throughout the casino, including identifying and enrolling prospective players, promoting current and upcoming marketing initiatives, and assisting with promotional events, guest check-ins, prize distributions, and other casino activities. The position also supports gift shop operations by processing merchandise transactions through the point-of-sale system, verifying identification when required, balancing cash drawers, assisting customers with product selection, restocking merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays and work areas. Employees are expected to maintain a thorough understanding of casino games, promotions, marketing programs, and property amenities while adhering to LDC Core Values, company policies, gaming regulations, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using office equipment and systems such as Kronos, Paramount, and OASIS.
  • Strong reading, writing, data interpretation, planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of casino games, promotions, marketing programs, and property amenities.
  • Ability to adhere to LDC Core Values, company policies, gaming regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna Gaming Control Board.
  • Ability to maintain Title 31 Certification in compliance with the Federal Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to report to work consistently and on time.
  • Ability to serve as a positive role model for both guests and fellow employees.
