The Players Club Clerk is responsible for greeting and assisting customers with their player’s club card. This role provides club member services to ensure overall guest satisfaction and maintains a thorough knowledge of the club program, player tracking system, and overall casino operations. Club representatives greet guests, provide members with account status information, resolve guest inquiries, and assist with special events and promotions. The clerk also attends staff meetings as scheduled.
