About The Position

Supervises others while delivering exceptional guest service while meeting guest Slot Ticket Redemption, Chip Redemption, Check Cashing and Player Services. Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Enforces Casino regulatory rules and regulations, Casino internal controls and accounting controls to safeguard the company’s assets. Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations and other Federal/State agencies Assists in monitoring business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments. Assists the Cage Shift Manager with day-to-day operation of the Cages to include training, counseling, and supervision of employees. Promotes superior Guest service to both Internal and External Guests. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with all departments. Handles guest service and employee related issues with composure and professionalism Assumes the responsibilities of the Cage Shift Manager in his/her absence. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
  • Basic computer input skills.
  • Previous money-handling experience.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Outstanding organizational skills required as well as strong written and verbal skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
  • Must be capable of interacting with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.
  • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
  • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
