Cortica is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model to help children build on their abilities and develop skills that support positive relationships across home, school, and community settings. Cortica describes its approach as combining neuroscience and developmental models and taking a transdisciplinary approach to care. Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, document treatment data, and work closely with families and supervisors. The position includes a four-week, in-person paid orientation with hands-on training. Candidates must be willing to obtain a BCAT credential within 90 days of starting.
