Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The position uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, drawing on neuroscience and developmental models to help children build on their abilities and develop skills that carry across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and work with families and supervisors to support treatment goals. The role includes a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and exam-fee coverage. Candidates must be willing to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of starting and travel reliably between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius. The position requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
