About The Position

The Plating Process Engineer will manage and operate the plating process and equipment, analyzing optimization conditions to maintain processes in accordance with customer specifications and internal operational standards. This role involves developing and standardizing process recipes through structured engineering practices, performing statistical process control and monitoring, and analyzing defects to implement continuous process improvement. The engineer will also perform engineering and process-related tasks in a semiconductor cleanroom environment, adhering to strict contamination control procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

Understanding of chemical concentration analysis devices and methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment and safely handle or be exposed to chemicals commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing processes
