This role involves performing job functions according to training and work specifications, including selecting and running lots on the proper solder or silver line, inspecting flight bars, performing routine maintenance, maintaining an inventory of sorted shot, X-raying and capping completed lots, plotting results on SPC charts, completing paperwork, moving completed lots, and assisting with training. The operator will also flex to other jobs and departments as needed, report problems to the shift supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment, collaborate with engineers on process improvements, and maintain product development records. Responsibilities also include setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment according to guidelines and specifications.
