About The Position

Acme Manufacturing is hiring a full-time Plating Line Operator to load and unload racks of threaded rod for a zinc plating line. The job is performed on-site at the company’s facility near I-70 and Monaco in Denver. The overnight schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., for 46 hours per week, including six hours of guaranteed overtime and a three-day weekend. Base pay is $21.00 per hour, with production-based bonuses averaging an additional $3 per hour. This is physically demanding work. Operators stand for most of each 12-hour shift and handle threaded-rod bundles by hand that can weigh 50–70 pounds. Applicants should be safety-minded, able to lift 50–75 pounds continuously, and willing to work four 12-hour shifts. Acme is willing to train candidates with the right attitude. Requirements
