About The Position

DeepIntent is leading the healthcare advertising industry with data-driven solutions built for the future. The Platform Support Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Platform Support. This role involves addressing production issues/questions, maintenance, and business support within DeepIntent Products by communicating and coordinating across multiple teams (Client Success, Platform Operations, Product, Analytics, and Sales). The analyst will also monitor platform health, investigate and escalate issues, and troubleshoot all platform applications, providing triage, resolution, or recommendations. Additionally, the role includes managing incoming platform requests from internal users via JIRA tickets, Slack, and emails, writing basic SQL queries for data analysis and report pulling, and coordinating/assisting in Product feedback sessions and functional/technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of working experience in the digital marketing/advertising technology field, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic, and 1+ years in a customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and/or verification tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy and optimizations
  • Experience and knowledge within SQL; understand concepts and ability to write basic queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports
  • Willingness to learn the technical and functional aspects of DeepIntent's platform
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, working/communicating with internal teams and external clients, providing white-glove service
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, and comfortable working independently
  • Technical aptitude to learn new technologies

Responsibilities
