About The Position

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant to plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike platform and related applications. The consultant is responsible for all stages of deployment, from initial customer engagement and planning through installation, optimization, utility, and follow-on customer support. The role may require travel up to 25% of the time and periodic alcohol and/or drug testing during employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Eight years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Experience presenting technical content to various audiences.
• Strong experience in computer and network systems security.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
• Ability to proactively and thoroughly manage work and prioritize customer projects.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Some experience leading a team to complete projects.
• High motivation; self-starter and results-driven.
• Potential for travel and assignment work.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Endpoint security experience with the Falcon platform (preferred), antivirus, and EDR solutions.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.
• Development experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Experience with host-based firewalls, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or IT automation.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPPA.
• Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon platform modules.
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises.
• Use and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Plan customer projects and provide status updates.
• Work collaboratively with customer information technology teams.
• Use CrowdStrike applications, such as Exposure Management, to support customers in vulnerability and asset management.
• Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.
• Collaborate with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing collateral.
• Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
