This role ensures that the platform strategy is aligned with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, and intelligent automation use cases and enterprise standards. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Platform Owner establishes and enforces delivery lifecycle gates, governance controls, and architectural guardrails, enabling delivery teams and partners to move quickly while maintaining quality, reuse, and scalability across platforms.
