About The Position

We are seeking a Platform Operations Developer to join our team. This role is a blend of cloud operations and traditional system administration, with a strong emphasis on automation and modern infrastructure practices. You'll help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our platform while driving efficiency through code-first approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong background in Linux and/or Windows administration.
  • Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOC 2).
  • Familiarity with service meshes, secrets management, or zero-trust networking.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud or legacy-to-cloud migration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate cloud-native infrastructure across multiple environments.
  • Support and maintain core platform services (networking, identity, monitoring, storage, etc.).
  • Apply system administration skills to troubleshoot, patch, and optimize workloads.
  • Design, build, and improve automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, security, and operations teams to enable smooth deployments.
  • Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve uptime.
  • Support compliance, governance, and best practices for secure and resilient infrastructure.
