About The Position
This role will serve as the single-threaded owner for Atlassian DX tooling, with accountability for platform strategy, ecosystem integration, enterprise adoption, and actionable developer productivity insights for engineering leadership. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on shaping how Ford’s software engineering teams measure, understand, and improve the way they work.
