About The Position

We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and moves fast — someone who can manage the operational details of building relationships that matter while also thinking and writing about the ideas that matter to our team and community. You'll help identify and cultivate relationships with founders, investors, and corporates leading the charge in the AI revolution, and drive the strategic marketing efforts that scale those relationships over time. You'll also act as the firm's in-house content manager, reading and writing constantly, and turning that fluency into the firm's thought leadership. The Montgomery Summit is the firm’s most powerful platform for both network and content and will be a central focus of this role. You’ll join the Platform & Marketing team at March Capital and work closely with all teams across the firm.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in tech, startups, venture capital, politics, or a related environment.
  • A demonstrated interest in geopolitics, technology and innovation, and capital markets — through work, policy or government education, or produced content/published articles.
  • A bachelor’s degree in political science, economics, philosophy, business, marketing, computer science, data science, or a related field — we care more about how you think and write than your major.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI platforms.
  • AI tools proficiency, familiarity with email marketing platforms, design platforms, CRM management, and Adobe Suite, and experience running and analyzing marketing campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the firm’s content calendar and thought-leadership pipeline, writing and editing pieces on investing, technology, and capital markets that reflect March Capital’s investment focus.
  • Draft presentations, talking points, and public remarks for firm leadership, including for The Montgomery Summit stage program.
  • Help shape who’s in the room at The Montgomery Summit, supporting the marketing and outreach strategy that drives attendance, revenue, and the right mix of founders, investors, and strategics.
  • Own the attendee pipeline from first touch through registration, balancing operational detail with a strategic eye for who moves the needle for March Capital and its portfolio.
  • Own the day-to-day cultivation of the firm’s most important relationships year-round, working closely with the VP of Platform & Marketing and Investment Partners to build, maintain, and deepen them.
  • Own weekly reporting on registration, revenue, and campaign performance, and use it to keep the team on track against goals.
  • Research, test, and help deploy AI-powered workflows that improve how the team operates — from outreach automation to content generation to data pipelines. You should be comfortable building real automation with AI tools, not just using them at a surface level.
  • Analyze network data — demographics, engagement, conversion — to recommend targeted campaigns and create segmented materials across key attendee groups. Measure paid and organic campaign performance to help refine messaging and inform strategy.
  • Contribute to the growth and voice of March Capital’s and The Montgomery Summit’s social channels, turning the firm’s content and point of view into the posts and follower growth that build the network.
