The Engineering Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to drive a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework. DRIFT (Data, Reliability, Intelligence & Framework Technology) is an organization within CTI's IDEAS (Inventory, Data & Enterprise Automation Services) program — the enterprise engine for technology data intelligence. Our mission: deliver a trusted, high-quality technology data estate that powers AI-driven insights, enables automated vulnerability remediation, and supports resilient, scalable platform operations across Citi's technology landscape. As Platform Infrastructure Lead, you are the architect of DRIFT's engine room. You own the core data platform and codebase that every other DRIFT pillar depends on — from AI/ML model inputs to vulnerability tracking pipelines. You will lead a team of data engineers and platform developers, driving data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across all managed domains. Your work directly enables DRIFT's ability to turn raw technology inventory into actionable intelligence at enterprise scale.
