In this role, you'll support critical Global Trade platforms, partner with operations and technology teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency and platform modernization. This role is exciting because you will support a suite of enterprise platforms that power Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance operations. You will gain exposure to business-critical applications including Trade360, Trade Point, document automation technologies, reporting solutions, and emerging supply chain platforms. You will partner with operations teams across the U.S. and India while working on technology enhancements, production support, and process optimization initiatives. You will contribute to modernization efforts involving automation, reporting enhancements, AI, and future platform migrations. You will join a small, highly collaborative team where every team member has a visible impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be U.S. Citizen not on any type of Visa. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Global Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Banking Operations, or related financial services platforms.
  • Knowledge of the following platforms: TPS / CGI Trade360, Trade Point, Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility (KTA/TTA), IPF Hub
  • Experience with: Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, AI or automation technologies, Cloud-based solutions
  • Experience supporting production environments, ticket management, incident resolution, or platform operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex operational environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot multiple trade and supply chain finance platforms, including Trade360, Trade Point, KTA/TTA, and related applications
  • Manage support requests, investigate issues, and provide solutions through Service Central and business support channels
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enhance platform performance and user experience
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
  • Support users across multiple regions, including the U.S. and India.
