About The Position

dormakaba is seeking a First Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM) Plater Operator based in Indianapolis, IN. The Plater Racker is responsible for gathering proper racks, parts, and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities. This position includes a competitive benefits package. A $2,000 Sign-on Bonus is offered (details provided during interview).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

Responsibilities

• Gather proper racks, parts, and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities
• Rack parts prior to plating according to production goals
• Un-rack, clean, inspect, and count parts coming out of plater
• Operate conveyor & other equipment as required
• Follow work instructions/standard operating procedures (SOP)
