About The Position

This is a hands-on production job for someone who likes to think. As a Plater / Line Operator, you'll operate a metal-finishing production line and be responsible for getting parts through the process correctly, safely, and on schedule. There's a little science, some problem-solving, plenty of hands-on work, and a strong get-it-done attitude involved. You do not need previous plating experience. We will train the right person. What we do need is someone who can read and follow written instructions, learn a process, pay attention to details, troubleshoot when something doesn't look right, and reliably show up as part of the crew every day. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, figuring things out, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, this may be a good fit.

  • Is comfortable working in an industrial production environment.
