As a Maintenance Technician at the company’s Calhoun, Georgia facility, you will help keep production equipment operating reliably across first, second, or third shift. The role focuses on reducing downtime, supporting safe operations, and maintaining consistent production through timely troubleshooting and repair. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform corrective repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance, document completed work, and work with operators and other technicians to return equipment to service. A typical shift starts with reviewing open maintenance items and overnight notes, followed by assessing equipment status on the production floor. You will respond to service calls, coordinate work timing with production to minimize disruption, and verify machines are running properly before returning them to production. You will update maintenance records, communicate status to teammates, and prepare accurate pass-down information for the next shift. Safe work practices and consistent follow-through are central to the role.
