Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Capable of fabricating and processing products and assemblies from initial layout through completion with minimal assistance.
Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow verbal instructions, written procedures, technical documentation, and work orders.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to respond to phone calls, emails, and other work-related communications professionally.
Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company, shop, and PPE requirements, including the ability to work overtime as needed and accurately track time and work activities.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fabrication, welding, cabinet making, or custom furniture construction.
Familiarity with PVC or plastic welding and fabrication processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic shop math.
Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or fabrication instructions.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of plastic components and systems in both shop and field environments.
Operate fabrication and machining equipment, including mills, lathes, drills, table saws, routers, joiners, and various hand tools while following safety procedures.
Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, measurements, and work instructions to ensure quality fabrication.
Perform plastic fabrication activities, including plastic welding and cabinet-making techniques using plastic sheets and materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety standards and PPE requirements.
Support cleanroom and field operations as needed, including wearing respirators and other protective equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
