About The Position

IBI Clinic is seeking a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon to join their expanding team across Georgia and Florida. This role offers an opportunity to step into a scalable, high-demand platform with existing infrastructure, marketing, and operational support. The surgeon will focus on operating, converting consultations, and maximizing income, with access to multiple surgical locations and the ability to perform both surgical and high-margin non-surgical procedures. The position is designed for surgeons who want to maximize earnings based on performance and are looking for immediate growth, clinical autonomy, and operational support.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
Active Florida medical license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred.
2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred.
ASC experience preferred.
Ability to convert consultations into procedures at a high level.
Ability to move with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR.
Confidence in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams.
Willingness to take ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth.
Desire to scale practice.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures.
Administer injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans.
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency.
