About The Position

IBI Clinic is aggressively expanding across Georgia and Florida and is seeking a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon who wants more than just a job. The role offers a competitive income, high volume of cases, and a growth platform, enabling surgeons to build a high-earning surgical practice without starting from zero. Locations include Hudson, FL; Tampa, FL; Loganville, GA; Alpharetta, GA; and Brookhaven, GA. Unlike most practices that offer a slow ramp-up, limited case volume, and fixed income ceilings, IBI Clinic provides an established patient flow supported by aggressive marketing, multi-location surgical access, and a full clinical and operational support team. Surgeons will have the ability to perform both surgical and high-margin non-surgical procedures.

Requirements

MD or DO
Completion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
Active Florida medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
ASC experience preferred
Surgeon who converts consultations into procedures at a high level
Surgeon who moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR
Surgeon who is confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams
Surgeon who takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth
Surgeon who wants to scale - not just maintain

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
Administer injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
Conduct patient consultations and treatment planning
Manage pre-op and post-op care
Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
