About The Position
IBI Clinic is expanding aggressively across Florida and is seeking a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to step into a scalable, high-demand platform with the infrastructure, marketing, and operational support already in place, allowing you to focus on operating, converting, and maximizing income. Unlike most practices that offer a slow ramp-up, limited case volume, and fixed income ceilings, IBI Clinic offers established patient flow supported by aggressive marketing expansion, multi-location surgical access (Tampa, Hudson and upcoming Florida locations), a full clinical and operational support team, and the ability to perform both surgical and high-margin non-surgical procedures.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
- Active Florida medical license
Nice To Haves
- Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
- 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
- ASC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
- Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
- Patient consultations and treatment planning
- Pre-op and post-op management
- Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
