Plasma Production Worker 2nd shift
About The Position
Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company that provides aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions to extend the life of aircraft engines and gas turbines. They develop, manufacture, and repair critical turbine components for various engine platforms, supporting the aerospace, energy, and defense industries. This role is for a Production Worker in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, requiring adherence to standardized work and safe practices. The position is hourly with Local 475, offering a base rate of $21.56/hr plus a 10% premium for 2nd shift hours (Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm).
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to use hand tools and gauges.
- Must be a US person (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status).

- Mechanical background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use hand, power, and machine tools to facilitate the preparation, cleaning, and processes of molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, or machinery.
- Follow detailed work instructions.
- Crosstrain on operations within multiple areas.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
- Perform job duties utilizing required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Fully participate in safety training and understand and follow directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.
