About The Position

National Beef is seeking individuals for their 3rd Shift Sanitation General Labor Crew. This entry-level position is crucial for the production startup on the 1st and 2nd shifts. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a willingness to handle challenging cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a clean environment, ensuring all equipment and plant areas are thoroughly cleaned, floors are spotless, and equipment is reassembled on schedule. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position.

Requirements

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours.
• Skill to work at different levels, unafraid of open walkways.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
• Excellent attendance is a must.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not provided).

Responsibilities

• Use high-pressure hose to foam/sanitize equipment and plant areas.
• Assist in disassembling machines and washing them down.
• Perform heavy cleaning jobs on multiple levels as requested.
• Ensure equipment is assembled and floors are released to production on time.
• Notify supervisors of any required repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
