About The Position

The Plant Operator works a rotating shift to operate and maintain the safe and compliant operations of the gas processing plant and related facilities. This role ensures compliance with safety and environmental rules and programs. The operator monitors and controls processing plant equipment and systems from a central control room as well as within the plant using Wonderware HMI and eLynx systems. Daily data entry is required to record process conditions and production quantities. Constant communication with fellow employees and management is maintained via email, telephone, and two-way radios. The operator performs regularly scheduled inspections to detect malfunctions and ensure proper, safe, and compliant operation of the plant and pipeline facilities. The role also requires maintaining and adhering to required company training, policies, and procedures, along with performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
• Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Complete daily data entry on computer and mobile devices to record process conditions and production quantities.
• Keep constant communication with fellow employees and management using email, telephone, and two-way radios.
• Performs regularly scheduled inspections to detect malfunctions and ensure the proper, safe & compliant operation of the plant and pipeline facilities.
• Maintain and adhere to required company training, policies, and procedures
• All other duties assigned
