Requirements
- Background in mechanical, construction, or mining environments preferred
- Strong focus on safety practices and compliance in an industrial setting
- Reliable team player with clear communication and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing production needs
- Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability
- Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment
- Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
