Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders, including weighing trucks, providing tickets, and managing traffic flow across scales.
  • Assist in coordinating truck dispatch orders for maximum efficiency.
  • Verify ticket accuracy and ensure trucks are properly loaded.
  • Perform daily administrative plant duties such as processing purchase orders, payables, time cards, fuel usage, bank deposits, tracking costs, and running local reports.
  • Prepare month-end closing information according to the schedule.
  • Reconcile time cards for all plant personnel.
  • Serve as the plant contact, receiving guests, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Maintain office and plant material inventory levels and order new materials as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, manuals, and forms.
  • Liaise with the division Human Resources department for personnel requests and issues.
  • Liaise with the division Safety department for safety and environmental matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
