About The Position

The Plant Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for Creative Plastics, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of all manufacturing activities. This individual will be responsible for driving performance across production, quality, safety, maintenance, inventory, and workforce development while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an energetic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, possesses strong business acumen, and is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams. This position will work closely with senior leadership to support customer expectations, improve operational performance, and position the business for long-term growth. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Plastic Industry (preferably extrusion & injection)
  • Demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience
  • Prior success driving continuous improvement and operational processing
  • Strong background in safety and quality
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills and visible leader on the manufacturing floor
  • Desire to learn, drive results and embrace innovation, technology, and change

Nice To Haves

  • Strategic Workforce development experience preferred
  • Supply chain, inventory management, root cause, and problem-solving experience preferred
