About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role leads safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility. It involves building a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development. The position drives continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance, ensuring full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards. The Plant Manager also manages budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.

Requirements

  • Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
  • Sound operational judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced plant environment.
  • Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred
