About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to lead our U.S. manufacturing facility, which includes production - a full-service machinery workshop, paint shop and assembly operation, warehousing, quality, and maintenance operations. The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and customer commitments are met while continuously improving plant efficiency. The Plant Manager will work closely with various departments to review backlogs, align production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of products. This is a pivotal leadership role for a proven manufacturing professional who can stabilize performance, improve on-time delivery, and revitalize safety and culture. The successful candidate will build an agile, high-performing organization capable of adapting quickly to changing business demands and customer requirements. Requirements

  • 10–15 yearsof progressive manufacturing leadership, includingheavy manufacturing or machinery workshop experience.
  • Demonstrated success inturning around or scalingmanufacturing performance (delivery, quality, safety, and retention).
  • Proven ability tobuild agile, high-performing teamsand make fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Strong background inlean manufacturing,ISO 9001, andOSHA compliance.
  • Solid mechanical and technical aptitude, with hands-on familiarity withindustrial equipment and fabrication.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
  • ProficiencyinERP systems,data analytics, anddigital manufacturing tools.

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience collaborating withinternational teamspreferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across production, machineryworkshops, warehousing, quality, and maintenance to ensuresafe, efficient, and on-time performance.
  • Providevisible, hands-on leadership—actively engaging with supervisors and production teams to solve problems and set priorities.
  • Coordinate production planning and resource alignment withU.S. and overseas (Greece, Slovenia)facilities to maximize efficiency and economies of scale.
  • Establish clearprioritization and workflow systemsthat enable rapid decision-making and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Drivelean manufacturingandcontinuous improvementinitiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, andoptimizeresourceutilization.
  • Build anagile organizational culture, empowering teams to adapt quickly to market, customer, and operational changes.
  • Develop and trackKPIsfor safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Leveragedigital tools and analyticsto improve visibility and decision-making across the plant.
  • Championsasafety-first mindsetacross all levels of the organization; ensure compliance withOSHA, environmental, and corporate standards.
  • Lead ongoingfacility and safety upgradesto align with modern industrial and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance withISO 9001,EMS, andOHSASmanagement systems, embedding them into daily operations.
  • Build and develop amotivated, skilled, and accountable workforcethrough coaching, mentoring, and clear communication.
  • Partner with HR toreduce turnoverand strengthen engagement through recognition, empowerment, and continuous learning.
